Create multi-platform programs for local and regional clients through conducting Customer Needs Analysis, then working internally to create solutions to help grow their businesses utilizing various tools that CCM offers.
- Understand and agree to foster the Cherry Creek Media sales culture
- Study, learn and implement creative and effective marketing programs with clients
- Meet monthly budgets set by the Sales Manager
- Maintain and be accountable for assigned account list, while maintaining and up-to-date record of all communication via our Account Management System
- Prospect, grow and continue to upgrade the client list
- Attend all sales and training meetings
- Accurately forecast 90-day pending business
- Develop and grow relationships with each client
- Develop and communicate ideas, marketing plans and strategies to clients and internally
- Create copy/content and/or instructions for accurate creative
- Sell, organize and attend client remotes and station events
- Obtain credit information in advance of airing
- Collect balances due from advertisers
- Create and input broadcast schedules and production orders
- Confirm content is in house prior to airing
- Develop written and verbal proposals and presentations
- Ensure complete confidentiality on all company dealings both inside and outside the company
- Other sales-related tasks or duties as required and assigned
